Childcare/Adult Social Care Business of the Year

For this category, here's what we're looking for…

This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated excellence in delivering high-quality childcare or social care services and making a positive difference to the lives of individuals, families, and communities across Tameside.

Judges want businesses to demonstrate that they provide outstanding care, support, and wellbeing outcomes while maintaining high professional standards and a person-centred approach. Businesses should display a deep understanding and practice of safeguarding and inclusion in their care.

As part of their person-centred approach, entries should showcase innovation, continuous improvements, and staff development.

Basic criteria:

• Must be a business residing in the Borough of Tameside.
• Must be a business which is currently actively trading.
• The business must have a good compliance record with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
• Must employ at least one Tameside resident.
