Managing Partner at Bromleys Solicitors LLP
Who am I?
I am the managing partner at Bromleys and have spent my career here since starting as a trainee in 2007, becoming a partner in 2011 and managing partner in 2023. Alongside my day to day management responsibilities I continue to practice as a Solicitor our Commercial Property and Corporate Team.
Whilst at Bromleys I have also been the clerk of a charitable trust working with the board of trustees to maximise trust assets and ensure good governance.
More recently I have become involved with the Ashton Town Board initiative which is tasked with overseeing the strategic use of £20m of Levelling Up funding for the benefit of Ashton. I have also recently taken on a new role as the President of the Tameside Chamber of Commerce, where I will represent the interests of local Chamber businesses at a regional level.
How can I help you?
I am passionate about business and ensuring that all of our clients whether individuals or organisations benefit from the exposure that I have had to a wide variety of often complex transactions and processes.
Our clients tend to be owner managed businesses where we become part of the wider team with an understanding of the history of the business and goals for the future. These are across a diverse range of sectors including highways infrastructure, storage and distribution, plastics recycling, nursing care, precision engineering, chemical manufacture and many more.
My role now takes me across all areas of law that Bromleys offer which is really exciting and varied. One thing that unites all the departments is the positive difference that we can make to someone’s life through the law and it is this that makes this work so incredibly rewarding.
A bit more about me
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my young family and getting out in the great outdoors mountain biking, walking and the occasional paddleboard session. We have an appetite for challenges and don’t mind getting wet and muddy along the way!
As a member of Saddleworth Round Table, taking the minutes as secretary for 2025, I enjoy taking part in the events we organise to raise much needed funds for a variety of good causes from youth football, goat therapy to disability adaptations.
