Construction/Property Business of the Year

For this category, here's what we're looking for…

This award recognises businesses that have demonstrated outstanding achievement within the construction and property sectors. It showcases organisations that are delivering high-quality projects, driving industry standards, and contributing to the growth and development of Tameside.

Businesses should demonstrate exceptional project delivery, strong business performance, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Innovation in construction methods or property development is vital.

The judging panel will also consider sustainability initiatives, business growth, workforce development, community impact, and evidence of positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Basic criteria:

• Must be a business residing in the Borough of Tameside.
• Must be a business which is currently actively trading.
• The business must have a good compliance record with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
• Must employ at least one Tameside resident.
