For this category, here's what we're looking for…

This award recognises businesses that have demonstrated excellence and outstanding customer experience within the hospitality, retail, or e-commerce sectors. Judges will look for organisations that offer high-quality products or services, deliver exceptional customer service, and have successfully differentiated themselves from competitors.

Entries should showcase business growth, strong financial performance, innovative concepts, and evidence of customer satisfaction. Judges will also consider how businesses have enhanced the customer experience through unique offerings, events, digital innovation, or creative marketing approaches.

Basic criteria:

• Must be a business residing in the Borough of Tameside.
• Must be a business which is currently actively trading.
• The business must have a good compliance record with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
• Must employ at least one Tameside resident.
