For this category, here's what we're looking for…

The judges are looking for a young professional who has demonstrated ambition, determination, and a real drive to succeed. Open to individuals aged 16 to 25 on 9 October 2026, this award recognises outstanding young talent making a positive impact in the workplace and the wider business community in Tameside.

The winner will be able to show strong leadership potential, a proactive approach to their role, and a clear vision for their future career. They will have impressed judges through their achievements, commitment, and contribution to their organisation, demonstrating the skills and mindset needed to become a future business leader.

An individual can be nominated for this award by a manager or colleague.
